Ok here it is, there is this Telemegaphone standing in some random valley in Western Norway. The purpose of this tower is to project a caller's voice (or whatever is coming through the line) out onto the entire massive valley below it. So it's pretty much the most random thing ever built and probably a complete waste of money, in either case i'm calling this biatch!
You can only get through if it's not busy and if it there is wind blowing through the valley since it's a self-powered telephone-answering-pole machine. Oh yea, the pole's name is Dale...
