Sick Jacket
All I wanted to do was take a picture of this dude's super sweet jacket but I guess he wasn't feeling it....regardless, I got the picture and it brought back memories of me going to sturgis with my mom and her biker boyfriend...they bought me a coloring book on the way there....so stoked
Shitty Deal
Somebody took my idea...I wanted to buy a wagon, trick it out, and get custom lettering that said "big sexxxy" with 3 X's....fuck!

Scones
In a bowl mix together:
2 cups flour
¼ cup sugar
4 tsp Baking POWDER
½ tsp Salt
6 TBSP Butter
Do this by hand….crumbling it between your fingers until it is crumby…sandy…course…no big chunks of butter. Then make an indent….or well in the middle of the mix
Mix together with a whisk or fork:
2/3 cup Milk
1 Egg
Pour this into the dry mixture
Using your fingertips…combine the mixture until it is moist…..but it wont come together in a ball…it will be kinda sloppy and maybe have a few dry spots still.
Pick up bunches of the dough and place on cookie sheet that is lined or sprayed. Don’t compact the ball too much…leave it kinda loose….should do about 6 scones….brush each scone with a tiny bit of milk(you can use your finger) and then sprinkle each with a little sugar.
Bake in a 425 degree oven for 10-15 min…….the bottom will be golden ….the tops will just start to slightly brown…..you can lift a piece of the top to make sure it is cooked inside.
If you are using chocolate chips or dried fruit…you can add it to the dry mixture before adding the egg/milk
If you are using fresh or frozen fruit….just push them into the already formed scones
Enjoy
Thanks Jen!!
